I did not receive the sign-in code.
Check your spam folder and that the address is spelled correctly. The code is valid for 15 minutes; if it has expired, request a new one. Each address can request a limited number of codes per 15 minutes, so wait a few minutes before trying again.
Reminders do not arrive.
Open iOS Settings → Notifications → Task & Event Tracker and make sure notifications are allowed. If you use Focus modes, allow the App or enable Time Sensitive notifications so reminders can come through. Then open the App once so it can re-register your device.
I want to use the App on another device or in the browser.
Sign in with the same email address. Your data is the same everywhere. The web version is at task-tracker.net.
How do I connect Claude or ChatGPT?
Settings → MCP → Issue a token, then add the shown MCP server address and the token to your assistant. The token gives the assistant full access to your tasks, so keep it private and revoke it from the same screen if you no longer need it.
How do I delete my account?
Settings → Delete account. This removes your account and everything in it immediately and cannot be undone. If you only want a clean slate, use "Reset all data" instead — it keeps the account.
Can I get a copy of my data?
Yes. Email us from your sign-in address and we will send you an export.
